This is the second home I purchase with Maria.
Working with Maria you can just expect someone that is professional and knowledgeable about the area and Market trends, she also takes her time and knowing the things that you like and you prefer. Both times, Maria has help me to make the right offer and this last time we actually had an amazing discount through her negotiation.
Me and my wife are very happy with Maria’s service..!

“We applied with Wells Fargo as first time buyers and we did not initially qualify. So Maria inquired about a first time homebuyer program. She then contacted the same lender and sure enough we qualified under that program. She did not give up on us and for that we are grateful! I couldn’t say thank you enough for all her hard work in helping us purchase our first home.”
